Philipp Keel (b. 1969) lives and works in Zurich, Switzerland. He is an artist, author, publisher of Diogenes and a filmmaker. His photographs, paintings, drawings, and prints have been shown in international exhibitions and are present in leading collections.
He became known for his bestselling series All About Me and All About Us (Random House, 1998), for Color, Steidl (2003) and the series Simple Diary (TASCHEN). In 2014, Keel’s project State of Mind (Nieves), featuring drawings, watercolours and silkscreen prints, was shown at Villa Flor in Schanf. Besides the monography Splash, Steidl (2015), Steidl also published a comprehensive catalogue Imbue Print edition entitled Color, Steidl (2004), as well as Last Summer, Steidl (2019).
