RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY
This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to online purchases made by consumers.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which the product is received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must inform us of their decision by sending a clear statement to art@apalazzo.net specifying the order number and the products they wish to return.
Following notification of withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days.
Return Costs and Instructions
The costs and risks associated with returning the product are borne by the customer.
Products must be adequately protected and packaged in a manner appropriate to their nature and value in order to prevent damage during transportation.
Returns of Prints and Editions
Due to the delicate nature of prints and editioned artworks, customers are requested, wherever possible, to use the original packaging materials and packing method when returning them.
In particular, the artwork should be:
- wrapped in the original tissue paper;
- placed between two flat, rigid and sufficiently thick pieces of cardboard;
- securely packed to prevent any movement during transportation;
- protected externally by carefully wrapping the cardboard in bubble wrap;
- placed inside suitable outer packaging appropriate to the nature and value of the artwork.
The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, we will refund the payments received for the returned product, not for the delivery costs.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed, and will not incur additional fees for the customer.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products.
The customer remains responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
